Blessing of the Bay: Three Voices, One Shore, The Untold Stories of Ten Hills

A unique celebration honoring three distinct cultures whose histories are intertwined at Ten Hills Farm. Join us for song, dance, and storytelling to commemorate the Blessing of the Bay, a pioneering ship built by John Winthrop, Massachusett’s first Governor. We will also address the deeper realities of colonization and its impact on Indigenous people, and Africans brought here through slavery.

The performances will start at 1:30pm.

Family activities are scheduled before and after the perfornmaces.
